Diagnosis
- 16 years old patient
- Non-extraction treatment of Class II div.1 using Carriere Motion Tech. (Sagittal First)
Treatment Plan
Two steps class II Div 1 treatment by using:
- Stage 1 uses Carriere motion II 4 months, for distalization of the upper posterior segment and class II mechanics to modify Jaw growth
- Stage 2 fixed braces for 10 months
- Very successful results without extraction of teeth or Jaw surgery
